I saw this image on facebook today and wanted to share it here too for those of you who are not "on" that controversial site. I don't get on many soap-boxes (at least not here on my blog), but this one is worth getting on, in my opinion. The above statement is the main reason why I will not buy/eat corn or corn products that are not organic or that are bought locally from a farmer who does not use genetically modified seed.
This company has a long history of lying to consumers so I cannot trust anything that they claim about their products. If you want to learn more about Monsanto, you can watch this video.
Until you can prove to me with independent and long term studies (which have not been done and should have been before it was FDA approved) that this stuff is safe, I am staying away from it.

stinks that stuff like this (produce) doesn't come with a label! Here you are trying to do what's best for your family giving them fruits and veggies and even THOSE have issues!
